Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

$2080.80/week –

Job Summary:

Provide age-specific, direct patient care in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting. The RN delivers comprehensive nursing services, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical standards while demonstrating leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to patients based on the Nursing Process within departmental standards.

• Lead and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable State and Federal healthcare regulations and policies.

• Complete required certifications, including ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, and de-escalation training prior to or at the start of the assignment.

• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in compliance with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, active RN license in the relevant state.

• Possess valid certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, and de-escalation techniques.

• Demonstrate experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units.

• Show strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.

• Exhibit excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to adhere to strict safety and clinical standards.
