Dermatologist - Established Practice | Path to Partner

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join an established and growing dermatology practice in the greater Seattle area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-minded Dermatologist interested in long-term practice ownership , with a path to partnership available for the right provider. You’ll join an established practice with strong patient demand and a supportive clinical and administrative team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care while building your own future within the practice.

Job Description

About the Role

• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of general dermatologic conditions and skin cancers.
• Perform biopsies, excisions, skin cancer screenings, and other common dermatologic procedures.
• Build and grow a strong patient panel within an established practice.
• Work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
• Develop into a leadership and ownership role with a genuine path to partnership .

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
• Active Washington medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Growth-minded physician interested in a long-term opportunity.
• Strong interest in practice ownership and partnership.
• Comfortable providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership potential, and business-minded approach.
• Collaborative, patient-focused team player.
