THE POSITION Location: Apple Valley, MN (55124) Hours: Overnights Every Monday 12 hour shifts Overnights Every other Sunday & Fridays 12 hour shifts Client Specifics: Infant with a trach, vent, and a g-tube Location: Apple Valley, MN (55124) Hours: Days Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays 12 hour shifts Client Specifics: 1-year old with a trach, vent, and a g-tube Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
