Dorm Life Counselor & Independent Living Coach

Nichols College is seeking a Residential Advisor to maintain a safe and orderly dorm environment. The ideal candidate has experience working with youth aged 16-24, good customer service skills, and the ability to provide counseling and guidance. Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, maintaining accountability, and assisting with independent living skills training.
