High expectations and a dynamic approach are key to thriving in this position.NOTE: Though listed as AZ-remote, the candidate for this position will need to reside within the Phoenix, AZ market and be able to travel to the NM market and possible other markets as you will oversee field sales representatives.Job Responsibilities:Market share: Increase market share and achieve and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn.Sales quota: Meet or exceed overall sales quota for your assigned region.Operational initiatives: Implement key operational initiatives in the field while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards.Sales meetings: Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings.Staff development: Interview, hire, train, and develop a staff of successful Account Executives; Conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching in the field.Education and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)4-7 years Verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment (Preferred)2 Years People management responsibilities (Preferred)2 Years Telecommunications/technical sales (Preferred)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Coaching Strong coaching skills with ability to conduct difficult conversations..i.e. change management. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
