Epic Personnel Partners is expanding in Phoenix, and we're looking for a proven staffing industry sales professional to help us grow our presence throughout the Valley.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business throughout the Greater Phoenix market
• Prospect, network, and generate new staffing opportunities
• Meet with hiring managers, operations leaders, and business owners
• Conduct client visits and workforce consultations
• Grow existing accounts and uncover new opportunities
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver results
• Build long-term client relationships and become a trusted staffing partner

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Staffing industry sales experience
• Proven success in business development and account growth
• Experience selling temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire, or workforce solutions
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area

Preferred:

• Existing business relationships within the Phoenix market
• Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, hospitality, or administrative sectors
