The Role

This role helps keep marketing running across Cerno, Revelite, and Siemon & Salazar — coordinating campaigns, managing content calendars, and making sure the right assets, copy, and materials get to the right place on time. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you'll partner closely with the Creative Director on day-to-day execution across email, social, web, and materials for all three brands. You'll be the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and outside vendors — organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about keeping three brands' worth of marketing moving without anything falling through the cracks.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate email campaigns from concept through send — building in Mailchimp, managing send schedules, and tracking performance
• Maintain content calendars across email, social, and web for all three brands
• Track deadlines and deliverables across marketing projects, keeping campaigns, launches, and trade show prep on schedule
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and outside vendors to keep creative production on track
• Keep web and rep-facing content current — product imagery, specs, and technical files across all three brands
• Organize and maintain the image library, including usage rights and asset coordination
• Support trade show and event logistics — materials, signage, vendor coordination
• Compile campaign performance reports (email, social, web) for the Director of Sales and Marketing
• Maintain CRM/marketing platform data and list segmentation
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across three brands

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or marketing operations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously across teams
• Proactive — anticipates what a project or launch needs before being asked
• Calm and collaborative under deadline pressure
• Competency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Mailchimp or a similar ESP a plus; familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, BigCommerce) a plus
