Title: Controller Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 + Bonus Location: Duxbury, Ma Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization experiencing significant expansion across the U.S. High-visibility Controller position partnering directly with executive leadership and global finance teams Opportunity to lead financial process improvements, ERP optimization, and reporting enhancements Broad exposure across accounting, inventory, operations, and strategic finance initiatives Competitive compensation package with strong long-term growth potential Controller Key Responsibilities Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities while ensuring accurate financial reporting under US GAAP Manage general ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and COGS reporting Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve inventory controls, margin reporting, and data integrity Serve as the lead Controller for Microsoft Dynamics, driving reporting improvements, automation, and process efficiencies Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, variance analysis, and business performance reporting Controller Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or controllership experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and product-based businesses preferred Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Navision, or Business Central strongly preferred CPA or CMA preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
