Key Responsibilities Coach and motivate crew members to deliver a delicious and friendly guest experience Set goals, assign jobs, and provide timely feedback to support a respectful team environment Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results effectively with your team Support training efforts and foster a positive, enthusiastic workplace culture Operational Excellence Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant Ensure all Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed accurately Resolve guest concerns promptly using Dunkin's recommended recovery process Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines Skills and Qualifications Fluent in English with strong math and writing skills Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred Basic computer skills and ability to lead a team effectively At least 18 years of age (where applicable); High School diploma or equivalent preferred Location: North Lima Founded in 1950, Dunkin' is America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods.
