Job Details Job Location: St Charles, MO 63301 Position Type: Seasonal Education Level: High School Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 hourly Travel Percentage: Territory – Daily Travel Job Shift: 1st Shift Job Category: Other Hi, I'm Sarah, Territory Manager at Inter‑State Studio in St. Louis and the surrounding area, including Cape Girardeau. We are a family‑owned school photography and yearbook company serving schools for 90 years. Our territory is growing and we are looking for new leaders to join us this season (starting 7/24). No experience is required – we provide paid training, all the equipment you need, mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities. We value a strong work ethic, a dedication to learning, and a genuine passion for helping our schools thrive. What you’ll do Travel to schools and photograph students and staff (early mornings, days vary) Set up, maintain, and organize photography equipment Pose students according to our guidelines (training provided) Ensure high‑quality, sellable images are captured Uphold excellent customer service and teamwork Complete post‑shoot paperwork and auditing Operate company software (training provided) Qualifications Essentials High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Reliable transportation (must be able to fit photography equipment – small sedans fine) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Post‑offer background check includes a Motor Vehicle Report Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Organized and detail‑oriented Basic computer skills and access to email A positive attitude and patience with children Availability Available to work early mornings Able to travel to schools Why you’ll love it At Inter‑State Studio, we’re passionate about capturing smiles and creating lasting memories.
