Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our Cincinnati team.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives. You will work closely with team members across the organization to help ensure information is communicated clearly, professionally, and consistently.

This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization, and an interest in building a career in communications, business operations, client relations, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day internal and external communications.
• Prepare and organize written materials, presentations, correspondence, and other communication resources.
• Support communication between clients, team members, and business partners.
• Help coordinate meetings, presentations, events, and company initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and organized communication materials.
• Assist with client inquiries and provide professional, timely responses.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent and effective communication.
• Help identify opportunities to improve communication processes and workflows.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism during interactions with clients and partners.
• Participate in training and professional development initiatives.
