Accounts Payable Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $85,000 to $103,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the accounts payable department and staff in the organization.
• Oversee and ensure completion of all AP team duties including data entry, validation, and processing of company invoices at both community and corporate levels.
• Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and maintain internal processes to ensure successful completion of all AP duties.
• Ensure that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure that the accounts payable and the company's financial obligations are met efficiently.

• Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Work independently and take initiative.

• A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting (preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Possess strong Excel skills.
• Have experience with Yardi accounting system (a plus).
