Sales Associate - Pensacola, FL - Sports Medicine

Responsibilities

Assist sales representatives in promoting and marketing Stryker sports medicine products
Educate healthcare providers on proper product use, maintenance, functionality, and portfolio updates
Address customer questions about product features and competitive differentiation
Analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns
Resolve customer complaints and negotiate transaction terms

Requirements

0-2 years outside sales experience, preferably medical-related
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
Valid driver's license and ability to drive regularly
Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds constantly
Willingness to travel up to 20% annually overnight

Compensation: $60,000 base salary
