Role Description The successful candidate will manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through trial, including: Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Taking and defending depositions Court appearances and oral argument Mediations and settlement negotiations Trial preparation and first-chair or second-chair trial opportunities Direct client communication and case strategy Why Join Us?
