Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and instant messaging
• Serve as primary contact for inbound customer issues
• Escalate technical product-related issues to Product Support specialists
• Process high volumes of inquiries and resolve a targeted percentage independently
• Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Document inbound support requests and update customer information accurately
• Meet departmental standards for quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time
• Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced associates

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer navigation and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of company products/services to resolve inquiries
• Sensitivity and professionalism when dealing with customers

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Remote work setup with ability to manage computer equipment at home
• Sedentary role with repetitive motions; ability to remain stationary for extended periods
• Ability to input data, read text on monitors, and communicate professionally
