Revenue Accountant

Patricia Wesson with Robert Half is looking for a Revenue Accountant to support accurate and compliant accounting for a diverse revenue portfolio in Vancouver, Washington. This role focuses on applying ASC 606 guidance across wholesale and digital sales channels while partnering closely with sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment in receivables and reserve analysis, and the ability to manage revenue matters across multiple brands and business relationships.Responsibilities:• Apply ASC 606 guidance to evaluate revenue transactions and ensure timely, accurate recognition across business activities.• Manage accounting for wholesale and eCommerce revenue streams, including returns, markdown considerations, and customer-related deductions.• Review accounts receivable balances and assess valuation matters such as reserves, collectibility, and bad debt exposure.• Support revenue reporting related to intercompany activity, transfer pricing arrangements, and contractual terms that affect recognition.• Partner with sales and operations teams to interpret commercial agreements and align accounting treatment with business practices.• Analyze revenue trends and transaction details to identify discrepancies, improve accuracy, and support month-end close activities.• Maintain documentation for technical accounting conclusions and provide support for audits and internal reviews.• Contribute to revenue processes involving multiple product lines, brands, and geographically diverse business relationships when applicable.Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000 (3+ years direct from public) / $115,000–$130,000 (5+ years with industry or public-industry mix)Bonus: Yes – based on performanceBenefitsMedical: YesVision: YesDental: YesLife & Disability Insurance: YesRetirement Plans: 401k with 6% matchPaid Time OffPaid Vacation: 15 daysPaid Holidays: 12Sick leave: WA state minimumPlease reach out to Patricia Wesson with Robert Half to review this position.
