We are a high-volume, upscale midwestern restaurant featuring handmade pasta, a variety of comfort foods & exciting, seasonal dishes. Looking for someone who has a solid foundation of knowledge & confidence in a fast-paced restaurant setting.Position summary:As a LINE COOK, you will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu and following food health & safety procedures.
