Registered Nurse

Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) at the Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Annandale. The facility is a 16‑bed inpatient psychiatric unit for adults with serious mental health episodes. Nurses provide direct patient care, participate in the treatment team, and serve as charge nurse when assigned. Responsibilities Assess and diagnose patient needs, developing individualized nursing plans in coordination with the multi‑disciplinary team. Provide direct nursing interventions or delegate tasks to appropriate staff. Evaluate the effectiveness of the nursing plan and the care provided, making adjustments as needed. Act as charge nurse when assigned. Participate in the CBHH treatment team and coordinate discharge planning with community support resources. Qualifications Current licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse. Future RN candidates within six months of graduation and NCLEX‑RN completion are encouraged to apply; contingent offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and exam. Ability to pass or perform CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Intervention.
