Revenue Cycle Systems Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting and optimizing operational systems, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Systems Manager will manage the Brightree platform, maintain system configurations, and drive automation initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency. Key responsibilities Maintain and support the Brightree system and related operational platforms Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for system optimization and automation Train and support associates on system functionality and workflow processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred Previous experience working within Brightree strongly preferred Experience with healthcare operations, revenue cycle, and billing workflows preferred Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
