Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access‑control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor and control access to the automotive auction location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and vehicle entry and exit, and directing authorized individuals to designated areas. Respond to incidents, access‑related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, vehicle storage areas, auction lanes, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for access activity, incidents, inspections, and other security‑related observations. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city‑issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
