Vital Strength PT, located in Arlington, Virginia, is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our patients regain mobility and improve their overall function. You will guide individuals through their rehabilitation journey, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize their health outcomes and quality of life.

Work Environment

As a part of our team, you will work onsite in a collaborative environment alongside two skilled physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic tools, fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and patient-centered care. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the individual needs and treatment goals of each patient.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring tailored and efficient treatment.
• Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating a range of therapeutic modalities to address each patient's unique circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' range of motion, strength, and overall functional capacity.
• Monitor patient progress, analyze treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Encourage and inspire patients to actively participate in their recovery journey through customized fitness and wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records using EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

The clientele at Vital Strength PT primarily includes athletes seeking to recover from injuries and active individuals looking to improve their physical capabilities. Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License with no board actions or disciplinary actions.
• Proven skills in manual therapy techniques.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is strongly preferred.
• A history of implementing effective non-surgical treatment plans that minimize reliance on prescription medications.

Compensation and Benefits
