Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist

UP Talent Group is partnering directly with the Director of Revenue Operations at a very fast-growing, well-established 3PL company to identify an exceptional Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections Specialist. The company is not a traditional 3PL company. Its mission is to offer premium 3PL services to its premium brand clients. They also have an exceptional leadership team. As an Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections Specialist, You Will: Own accounts receivable follow-up and collections outreach, administer billing dispute tracking and credit memo records, and provide ongoing support to billing preparation and execution Partner closely with the Billing Coordinator and Revenue Operations leadership to keep Client accounts current, disputes organized, and billing processes running smoothly What They Value in You: Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience working with Accounts Receivable and Collections Seasoned collections professional with a demonstrated track record of maintaining low DSO or improving collections outcomes Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing collections conversations Excellent organizational skills and follow-up discipline across a high volume of accounts/disputes Experience in both collections and billing/invoicing, with the ability to move fluidly between the two Experience with project management and accounting software (e.g., Asana and Sage Intacct ) Openness to cross-training across Billing and Collections functions to build team-wide flexibility and knowledge-sharing What They Appreciate in You: Experience working in the 3PL/Logistics space Master of Business Administration Proven track record of success in collections Experience working in a startup/fast-paced environment A team player, detail-oriented, mission-driven, and passionate about growth What They Offer: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Equity Excellent Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account), 401(K) – Matching Ongoing training and industry’s best practices Supportive team environment and unlimited mentoring from the management team Opportunity for growth and career advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr UP Talent Group
