We believe simple wallets will have zero friction and omnipresent utilities for seamless identity and funds management. This means that users will need a customized wallet experience for financial and non-financial use cases to navigate their experience.

As a User Experience Designer, you will solve product problems using user-centric design solutions. User & their experience is our top priority. We should aim to create intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that are premium.

Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes.

Collaborate with stakeholders - Engineers and Community people in bringing designs to life.

Own design requirements through the product life cycle across our suite of products.

What you will do (Ownership & Responsibilities):

Work as an embedded member of a cross-functional product team, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to set the product's strategy, and create solutions based on research

Proactively drive and conduct user research to improve products usability based on systematic feedback evaluation - via wireframes and flow diagrams for Kometverse

Translate the user insights into artifacts (user stories, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes) around customer needs using Figma and other tools

Build illustrations, design concepts, and support the branding across channels

Advocate for the user and evangelize user experience throughout the organization

Solve user interaction issues related to cross-chain DApps or protocols

What you bring (Expertise & Credibility):

Users first: you want to get users' qualitative feedback directly and you can analyze user feedback quantitatively with empathy

Proven 3+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally at fintech or crypto startups

Product orientation: you get things done in a small team and drive to release the best product possible. Extreme ownership, bias to action, and know-how to succeed in ambiguity

Multi-disciplinary experience, including illustration, motion design, or any supporting field of design and software such as Figma.

Thorough understanding of design systems and experience working with and applying them

Strong aptitude for performing and synthesizing research, including contextual inquiry

Enjoy the challenges of leveraging critical thinking and system thinking to solve the highly complex and nuanced needs of users

Must have

You are a DeFi/crypto/Web3 user yourself and familiar with the UX issues at hand
