You will be expected to support analog team members with guidance in Analog best practice, drive identification and implementation of improvements, and will represent Dialog in front of external customers.Interpret requirement specifications to achieve system and design strategy for power management products. Technical leadership for major blocks, ensuring designs are successfully guided into production · Design, simulation and layout supervision of CMOS power management circuits meeting performance, area, power and timescale constraintsTake ownership for complex block design, delegating tasks where appropriate and reviewing design work where necessaryFeasibility study of new circuits, ensure design meets specification · Lead Lab evaluation in collaboration with Applications EngineersProduce high quality documentation for own IP blocks · Leading innovation of design and methodologies, to increase power management capabilitiesSupport DFT strategy and implementationPartner with test team to ensure appropriate test development to ramp to production · Top level simulation and verification planning and implementationCoach and mentor less experienced team membersTake proactive approach to driving own development plan, utilising team members and internal development opporunitiesCustomer - customer facing relationship as part of project teamSupport RFQ process where necessaryAny ad hoc tasks as deemed reasonable by your managerQualificationsEducation: B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5-10+ years in analog design design experienceCommunication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the customer.Additional InformationRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
