New Business Developer – Recruitment Firm
Location : Oklahoma City, OK | Type : Full-Time | Industry: Recruiting

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and land new client relationships through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Run discovery calls with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and position recruiting solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and close
What We’re Looking For
- Agency recruiting experience (360 desk, client-facing recruiter, or recruiter who has sold services)
- Proven success generating new business, building pipeline, and closing deals in recruitment industry
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and consultative selling—phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person
