Overview
We're hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility. You'll maintain and repair equipment such as conveyors, compressors, and production machines.
Shift:
Night shift - 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)
Training on days (30-60 days)
Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work with 480V, 3-phase motors and electrical systems
• Support PLC-controlled equipment
• Maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Follow safety procedures (OSHA, lockout/tagout)
• Document work and communicate with the team

Requirements

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with 480V and PLC troubleshooting
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
