Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Registered Nurse Clinical CoordinatorLocation: Swedish Hospital, Chicago, ILFull timeHours: 7a to 3:30p with rotating weekend, call and holiday schedulesWhat you will do:The Perioperative Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse who:Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in his/her designated surgical specialties.Coordinates department throughput, efficiencies, resources and staffing.Secures/Procures and maintains supplies, equipment and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical careCoordinates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicate to all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas.What you will need:Education:BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program. Degree must be acquired within 24 mths, from an accredited nursing program, of hire.Certification/License:IL RN LicenseCPR BLS issued by American Heart AssociationExperience:Experience in OR settingTeam building, leadership acumen, critical thinking and effective communication.Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty.
