Villagio Hospitality Group is growing!
We're looking for a bartenders to join our award-winning team and take the lead at Moonsong Bar+Caf at Tempo by Hilton. This isn't a traditional bar setup - with no servers, you'll run the show: mixing drinks, serving light food, and creating an exceptional guest experience from behind the bar.
Experience is preferred, but hospitality is required!
If you love being both host and mixologist, this is your stage.
What you'll do:
- Open and close Moonsong Caf, ensuring food, beverage, and bar areas are stocked and clean
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, mocktails, and light food from a curated menu
- Take guest orders, handle payments, and manage seating within the caf
- Provide warm, engaging service - acting as bartender, server, and host in one
- Educate guests on menu offerings, unique spirits, and pairings
- Monitor and manage responsible alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all prep areas, bar equipment, and guest seating
- Collaborate with kitchen team to support food prep, restocking, and cleaning
Requirements:
- A professional, energetic, and self-sufficient attitude
- 2+ years' experience as a bartender or in a caf/bar/lounge hybrid concept
- Must be 21 years old due to alcohol service
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Comfortable managing a solo bartaking orders, preparing food, and serving guests directly
- Familiarity with POS systems and handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in both quiet and high-traffic periods
