Commercial Real Estate Associate — Miami (AmLaw 100)
\n \nLocation: Miami, FL · Hybrid · Full-time
\n \nDescription:
\nPremier Pursuit is working with an AmLaw 100 firm to hire a commercial real estate associate into its Miami office. The practice runs the full transactional side (acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, and real estate finance) for institutional owners, developers, and lenders across South Florida and nationally.
\n \nWhat the work looks like
\n- \n
- Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents \n
- Running due diligence and closings, including title and survey review \n
- Development and joint venture work alongside partners who hand off real responsibility early \n
What they're looking for
\n- \n
- 3-6+ years at a firm doing commercial real estate transactional work \n
- J.D. \n
- Florida bar admission, or willingness to sit for the next exam \n
