Real Estate Associate Attorney – Mid-to-Senior-Level

Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-to-senior-level Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of solid transactional real estate experience to join a leading law firm’s Real Estate Group. Large law firm experience is preferred, though strong candidates from boutique or mid-size firms will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a range of commercial real estate matters, including:

• Acquisitions and dispositions

• Real estate finance and financing transactions

• Real estate development

• Land use and zoning

• Commercial leasing

Candidates should possess excellent oral and research skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties. The ability to independently manage small-to-mid-sized matters or significant portions of larger transactions, while working effectively as part of a team, is essential.

Locations: Philadelphia, PA or Miami, FL
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: $235,000–$435,000, depending on location, experience, and other factors
