Physical Therapist - Inpatient/Outpatient

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00). No weekends or holidays required.

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, with approximately 50% of the workload in each area. The role is designed for individuals who are ready to enhance their skills, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy interventions for a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurology, geriatrics, and cardiac patients.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Manage and track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or Compact License).
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
