Regulatory Analyst

The Colorado Energy Office seeks a Regulatory Analyst to advance clean energy policy work at the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. The role involves tracking PUC proceedings, drafting testimony, developing regulatory strategy, and conducting stakeholder engagement to support the state's goal of 80 percent emissions reduction by 2030. This position is part of the Policy unit and works collaboratively under team leadership with a hybrid work arrangement. Key qualifications 1 to 4 years of progressively responsible technical research and analysis experience in public utilities regulation or transportation electrification Knowledge of the utility sector and experience with quantitative analysis of energy or energy regulatory issues Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills High level of initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team environment Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google suite #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
