About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President for System Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of a high-quality organization with a strong culture, dedicated to making a significant impact in the communities it serves. This role is pivotal in overseeing System Finance, Construction & Real Estate, the Health Plan, Institutional Investments, and Revenue Cycle. The EVP will be a key leader, demonstrating superior leadership and a commitment to the values that make the organization special. A background in pediatric healthcare and a minimum of ten years' senior-level finance experience in large, complex, high-performing systems are essential. The ideal EVP will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in financial management, particularly in the healthcare sector. They should be prepared to lead in a time of growth and expansion, with a focus on strategic investments and a commitment to the organization's mission. The role requires a humble and highly visible leader, invested in the growth and development of their teams, and fully aligned with the vision and supportive culture of the organization. Responsibilities include not only financial oversight but also a strong commitment to the values of the organization, including a focus on research activities that lead to clinical innovation and improved patient outcomes.
