Commissioning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities on a major data center project in Red Oak, Texas

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commissioning teams and contractors within mission-critical environments, with a solid understanding of MEP systems and data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all commissioning activities from L1 through L5 and IST.
• Coordinate commissioning teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop and manage commissioning schedules, plans, test scripts, and documentation.
• Oversee functional performance testing and integrated systems testing.
• Identify and resolve commissioning issues while maintaining project schedule and quality.
• Ensure all systems are fully tested, documented, and ready for client handover.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commissioning experience, preferably within data centers.
• Previous experience in a Commissioning Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical MEP systems.
• Experience with L1-L5 commissioning and IST.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous mission-critical/data center experience strongly preferred. xhyhwjd
