Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN)

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, surgery, stroke, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and other disabling diagnoses. As a key member of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, the RN promotes functional recovery, maximizes patient independence, prevents complications, and supports patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments and medications, reinforcing therapy goals, providing education, coordinating care, and preparing patients for a safe transition to home or community settings. Rehabilitation nurses play a unique role in helping patients regain strength, confidence, and quality of life while supporting achievement of individualized rehabilitation goals. Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of New Hampshire. Current certification in BCLS required. Certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) is preferred but not required. Nurses without certification are supported to pursue CRRN certification after hire to further develop their expertise in rehabilitation nursing and support excellence in patient care.

Compensation: Minimum: $38.13 Maximum: $53.71
