We currently have 2 fully licensed indoor cannabis cultivation facilities in the city of Sacramento and are looking to hire a qualified Administrative Assistant for one of our facilities. ADMIN ASST/ DATA ENTRY / HUMAN RESOURCES

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant. This person has a high attention to detail, strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task with minimal error.

We are seeking hard working, motivated, and energetic individuals to work for a great company! The Admin Assistant writes, types, and enters information into computer systems to prepare correspondence, statements, receipts, or other documents, copying information from one record to another. There is a lot of data entry of numbers, so 10 key experience is a plus. The Admin Assistant enters information into the CA state tracking system, METRC. Because this information is sent directly to the state, there must not be any errors in information, so this candidate is extremely detail oriented. An ideal candidate will also have Human Resources experience as well. This position is great for someone familiar with the cannabis industry who also appreciates the growth potential that it presents. The Admin Assistant position is 5 days a week, Monday through Friday ( with possible overtime if needed). The shift is an 8 hour shift, from 8am - 4:30pm (schedule may be subject to change). The pay starts at $20.00 /hr, depending on experience. Candidates with admin, data entry, and Human Resources experience are strongly encouraged to apply!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, process work rapidly, set priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision.
• Assist Accounting team with purchase orders and month end close process
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases with high degree of accuracy
• Receive incoming telephone calls and greet on-site visitors in a professional manner Assist clients by answering questions or directing calls to appropriate persons
• Establish, develop and maintain a filing system. Retrieve information from files when needed
• Perform general clerical duties including: typing, data entry, copying and filing correspondence, memos, letters, reports, ordering office supplies, checking mailbox, scheduling and organizing meetings, conference calls, business travel, conferences and facility activities, etc
• Sort and distribute incoming mail/faxes and manage outgoing letters/packages within appropriate systems
• Operate and maintain office equipment. Schedule maintenance as needed
• Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain policies when necessary
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures
• Proficient with computer operations with Intermediate knowledge Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Google, PowerPoint, Outlook and Quickbooks and Mac products

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment working with databases, spreadsheets and graphs, etc.
• Ability to handle high levels of stress and has physical stamina to sustain long work-days sitting at a computer and typing
• Proficient knowledge and working experience using MS Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Sheets and Quickbooks
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus!
