Key Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting relationships with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master's Level Degree or higher in a relevant field (Required).
• A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (specific to office location). Applications without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are not currently hiring associate or intern-level therapists.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to guide and influence others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and their families.
• EHR Proficiency: Experience with electronic health record systems is essential for managing patient data and documenting clinical information. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
• Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.

The total annual compensation includes a base salary of $90,000 plus monthly bonuses based on billed hours.

• Estimated Total Yearly Compensation at 30 billed hour units: $111,080
