Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a full spectrum of behavioral and psychological concerns, working closely with couples and families. Specific tasks will involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify the unique challenges and needs of each client.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and conducting individual therapy as required.
\n
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to address issues including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job-related stress, and adaptation challenges from separation or divorce.

• Providing support for blended families and managing communication difficulties between family members.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and methodologies used in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses diverse individuals, couples, and families ranging from those dealing with acute issues to those seeking general support for ongoing challenges. You will work with adults and children/adolescents, focusing on their specific therapeutic needs. Your interventions will aim to foster healthier relationships and improve overall family dynamics, emphasizing a culturally sensitive and holistic approach for each client.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Possession of an active state license to practice.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be viewed favorably:

Compensation and Benefits\n
