Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide tailored crisis intervention services for patients dealing with emotional and behavioral issues.

• Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with department policies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to formulate comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and evidence-based practices.

• Develop fruitful partnerships with leaders in community resource groups, representing Mindful Therapy & Wellness in meetings and committees focused on addressing the social needs of our patients.

• Implement therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to support patients in their recovery and personal growth journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center around a diverse patient population, which includes adults, children, and families grappling with a range of mental health and substance use disorders. We prioritize an individualized approach, catering therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each client while emphasizing the value of cultural competence and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
\n
• An active and valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in crisis intervention and outpatient therapy settings.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• A solid understanding of and adherence to established clinical policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines, along with the capacity for effective decision-making.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working within community health settings and familiarity with integrated behavioral health models is highly valued. We also appreciate candidates who can demonstrate a commitment to professional development through continued education and training in therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
