Key responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, frustrations, goals, and style preferences
• Design custom closets, cabinetry, garage systems, and home organization solutions
• Present recommendations clearly and confidently
• Prepare estimates and guide clients through the buying decision
• Follow up with prospects and clients in a professional, organized way
• Work closely with our installation team to help ensure an exceptional final result
• Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Prior sales, design, home improvement, real estate, retail, remodeling, or client-facing experience is helpful
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A consultative sales style — you know how to guide, not pressure
• Good attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfort learning design software, estimating tools, and our sales process
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and ownership mindset
