As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will engage professionally with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate observations clearly. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology-focused office location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, entry points, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity for adherence to site-specific access protocols. Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations or incidents to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives. Minimum Requirements: Have at least two years of security-related experience. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
