Job Description 

We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team! The right candidate is driven, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle — whether they're buying their first car or their tenth.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs and preferences, and match them with suitable vehicles
• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and answer questions thoroughly and professionally
• Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to close deals
• Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and current pricing
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently in compliance with dealership policies
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and lot inventory
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while staying current on market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and address objections professionally
• Self-motivated with a dependable, positive work ethic
• Dealer Management System (DMS) experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Valid driver's license required
