Our client, a preeminent, global, complex litigation and commercial transactions law firm, seeks a highly credentialed and experienced associate attorney for its Employee Benefits Group in Chicago. This dynamic group’s practice extends beyond traditional benefits counseling to provide solutions to complex situations that arise in restructuring, transactional and post transactional settings. The firm’s clients are a diverse group of publicly-held and privately-held corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and investors. The firm providesexceptional benefits. Location: Chicago Employment Type: Law Firm Experience: Mid-level Attorney Requirements 3 to 5 years of employee benefits drafting and counseling experience in a peer law firm environment including: retirement benefit plans, welfare benefit plans, executive compensation plans.
