This dynamic group’s practice extends beyond traditional benefits counseling to provide solutions to complex situations that arise in restructuring, transactional and post transactional settings. The firm’s clients are a diverse group of publicly-held and privately-held corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and investors. The firm providesexceptional benefits.
