Territory Management Analyst

How You’ll Make an ImpactOversee development, maintenance and optimization of Mid-Market and Strategic territories for all applicable sales rolesCollaborate with sales leaders to review, refine and plan new territories, engaging daily at multiple levels to drive resultsAdminister territory strategies in alignment with Spectrum’s sales rules of engagement, ensuring effective coverage and balanced assignmentsAudit and review account designations with sales representatives, managing active account assignments and coordinating account merges and associationsGenerate routine and ad hoc reports that provide analytics and insights on assigned territories to inform decision-makingSupport strategic planning and sales initiatives using territory optimization software to analyze and implement territory changesPartner with internal stakeholders to improve data integrity and support territory management requests within the sales CRMWorking ConditionsOffice-based environmentSome travel as neededWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in sciences, arts, or equivalentExperience3+ years in sales or business operations1+ years working with sales CRM systems such as Salesforce or SiebelSkillsAbility to read, write and speak English fluentlyProficient in Excel and extensive experience with large data setsStrong project management skillsStrong relationship management skillsKnowledge of CRM systemsWorking knowledge of U.S. geography and demographicsAbility to categorize businesses by enterprise vertical accuratelyStrong execution on short timeframes and due date-driven projects and monthly deliverables SCH340 2026-82713 SCH340 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
