Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director to oversee multiple insurance office locations and support continued business growth. This role is responsible for developing producers, driving new business, supporting account management, and helping ensure consistent operational performance across the region.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance sales, along with demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to develop and grow client relationships. This is an in-office role requiring regular travel between regional office locations.
Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and develop insurance producers to support individual and organizational performance goals.
• Drive new business production across Personal Lines, Life and Health, and Medicare products.
• Oversee account management activities and support continued growth and retention.
• Quote and manage new and renewal business using Applied EPIC.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies supporting growth, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Monitor office performance and provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Support consistent processes and service standards across multiple locations.
• Travel between regional office locations as required to support team and business needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds active P&C (Property and Casualty) and L&H (Life and Health) insurance licenses.
• Minimum of 5+ years of insurance sales experience involving P&C and L&H products.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC.
• Strong sales, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and support business growth.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between regional office locations.
• Willingness to relocate may be required depending on business needs.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
