Real Estate Capital Markets Analyst

Lendmarq is a direct real estate lender headquartered in Miami, FL with offices in NYC. We seek a Capital Markets Analyst to support financial modeling, market analysis, and reporting for financing and investments in New York City.
The role requires a Master’s in Finance and at least six months of experience as a Financial Analyst, with daily tracking of capital markets and collaboration across investors and internal teams.
