Human Resources Partner

Overview We are looking for an HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Partner in Pullman, WA. In this role you will coach employees and supervisors on personnel topics, handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality, develop and roll out career ladders, manage process improvement projects, recruit and hire top talent, teach HR processes, and provide exceptional customer service to those you support. Responsibilities Facilitate meetings to resolve employee and management issues. Provide objective feedback and recommendations for individuals and managers. Counsel employees and management on company culture, values, policies, and employment law. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and maintain legal documentation. Manage HR data, reporting requests, and interpret data for stakeholders. Assist in drafting updated policies and disciplinary documents. Actively source, interview, and hire employees. Support Human Resources training efforts. Work independently to propose solutions to HR problems. Qualifications B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of four years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices. Excellent listening, interviewing, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑resolution skills. Experience investigating and resolving Employee Relations situations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and within a team. Proficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with an HRIS system and processes. Preferred Qualifications PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM certification. HR Generalist experience. Benefits Competitive compensation with a salary range of $76,050 to $112,385 per year.
