Business Litigation Associate

BCG Attorney Search

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Associate for its Charleston, WV office. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team handling complex litigation matters and providing comprehensive legal solutions to a diverse client base. Duties Conduct written discovery and manage depositions. Draft pleadings and substantive motions. Participate in mediations and court appearances. Assist at trials and arbitrations. Requirements 2-3 years of litigation experience. Superior academic credentials. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. West Virginia licensure, or ability to obtain it. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in West Virginia or eligibility to obtain. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
