Litigation Associate
Shuman McCuskey Slicer PLLC
We are seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to become a part of our team. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, prepare legal documents, engage in the entire discovery process, and advise clients on legal issues. Responsibilities Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on civil litigation matters. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Qualifications Previous 2+ years experience in law. Familiarity with civil litigation, including all aspects of the pre-suit, discovery, trial, and appellate stages. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
