Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia State Bar. 2-5+ years of personal injury or defense litigation experience preferred. Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Trial experience or willingness to develop trial skills preferred. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed with the West Virginia State Bar. Skills Strong work ethic and genuine desire to help clients.
